This is not correct. There were fighting and two times #agreements were signed in #Minsk. Russia never kept their part and continued their hostile activities in eastern #Ukraine.

Russia has performed war actions since 2014 in Ukraine. In the Minsk agreements, Russia was not granted Crimea.
