The problem is: administrations, governments and parliaments do not want to change anything, certainly not to migrate anything. They are not only technophobic, they hate new technologies. Our public servants are traumatized by printers that don’t work or by poor Wi-Fi, so they just want to keep what they know. Our officials are putting European security and independence at risk just so they can continue to use Microsoft Outlook! That sounds idiotic, but that’s how I experience administrations.
