The plaintiffs in this case, who are represented by former Trump lawyer and anti-abortion crusader Jonathan Mitchell, essentially seek to strip #HHS of this authority, thus allowing insurers to deny care for a wide range of treatments they are required to cover by ( Obamacare) law.

#Trump absolutely hated the #CHIPS act for two reasons. 1. #Biden did it. 2. It worked.
So of course he wanted to nuke it. Same thing with #Obamacare

The #MAGA goal was to make people ⭕perceive Congress AND Biden were doing ZERO ACTION.
So anything Trump does as President is "good" even, raising costs from #tariffs

⭕But we WILL ACT, this Nov 2026 in the #midterms

The #ACA / #Obamacare is a popular but not overwhelmingly popular system (60% popularity). It left a lot of the problems with the #private, #forprofit #US #medical system intact and is vulnerable to #farright attacks.

Only 8% of #Democrats oppose #MedicareForAll, yet no Dem politicians pursue it. Ask why.

Reminder: This was the #RonaldReagan #Healthcare Plan made by the #Heritage Foundation who would then make #Project2025!
