I hope @heinleinsupport will unify their services like @OpenTalkMeeting and parts of @mailbox_org into a single, consistent suite of #FOSS apps as an alternative to #Nexcloud. However the software behind Mailbox.org (Open-Xchange) is not Open Source – so that won't work. It seems #OpenTalk is already working on a Calendar integration via Baikal and their Office suite will be Collabora. So maybe in a couple of years, Collabora/Baikal can replace OX?

The #ONLYOFFICE connector for #Nexcloud has been updated to version 9.7.0.

The latest update introduces support for new file formats (Pages, Keynote, Numbers, hwp, hwpx) and compatibility with #Nextcloud 31.

Migrated my #Nexcloud server from my VPS to my home self-hosting cluster today. It was the last 'big' thing I needed to move off the VPS, and I'd delayed so long because I wanted certainty my 3-2-2-1 backup was working.
I'm now happy my data is safe enough (although I wish Hetzner storage box supported 'append-only' Borg, but the offline backup *should* compensate for that), so that's the last big tranche of unencrypted personal data off of being stored on Someone Else's Computer.
