@splinux@mastodon.uno@jerry It's most likely they scrape joinmastodon.com, and surely mine Reddit. Probably people there at r/privacy or r/cybersecurity talked about it enough in the past to become relevant.
@splinux based on the commentary it provides with the recommendation, I’d say it came from Reddit, other forums, and probably mastodon posts themselves.
