Frehi<p>So in GNOME Control Centre when you add/edit a Wireguard VPN connection and add/edit a peer, and the window looses focus, the Peer dialog is closed. This makes copying and pasting keys almost impossible. Allyoutoo<p>Setting up <a href="https://mas.to/tags/wireguard" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>wireguard</span></a> with my laptop on <a href="https://mas.to/tags/GNOME" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>GNOME</span></a>.<br>After fighting a while wondering why I can't hit the "Add" button and eventually doing the stuff from command line with "nmcli" and then comparing the VPN profile added, I can say, hiding scroll bar in UI like this is poor experience :(</p><p>I wish it had a button to scan a QR code like the Wireguard app for Android, that was breeze to use 🤔 Perhaps bit more cumbersome to do with a laptop than a phone, but doable 😅</p>

rfnix<p>- Apache est un peu plus facilement configurable mais la config est complexe, ce qui m'embêtait un peu — il est franchement extrêmement facile de se planter dans les autorisations et de laisser tout le truc ouvert.</p><p>Alors, bon, c'est à mettre en contexte avec le fait que j'écoute sur un port que je n'ouvre qu'en LAN uniquement (le pare-feu fait son boulot) et que je peux passer par un tunnel <a href="https://piaille.fr/tags/Wireguard" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Wireguard</span></a> pour les connexions extérieures donc je m'embête moins avec la sécurité (juste du TLS + basic auth standard).</p><p>Mais quand même ça me grattait, alors j'ai aussi essayé de créer une conf complètement à part + le service systemd associé. Et franchement, c'est 👍</p>
