No, you can't and no, you shouldn't. But pretrial confinement this time and since Trump graciously made his crimes in writing, a conviction isn't an issue.

Keep in mind: conspiracy for mass abductions of lawful US residents is not a function of POTUS in any shape or form.

Trump is not immune from this.
