#introduction
call me blake.
i'm not new to fediverse (been here for years, in fact!), so spare yourselves the tutorials on it.
i'm just trying to make do here. and for reasons undisclosed i'm rather secretive about my flesh realm and whereabouts
most of my days i spend recovering my health, playing some games and watching DYKG trivia.
perhaps you can say bayonetta is one of my fave games. but i didn't really beat it yet.
also, i want to pick up drawing again at some point, i did that in the past.
most of my posts will be either musing about my recovery and identity crafting (broad mh/ph disclaimer), random slice of life posts and shitposts to distract me and others who go through shit.
consider the tags a sort of list of interests and subjects discussed.
note i will vet followers before accepting follow requests. very heavily advised to not follow if under 18.
expect a post about boundaries soon.

Purchasing the #EarthDefenseForce Humble Bundle last week Is proving to be one of the smarter gaming choices I've made recently.
I was hesitant to pluck down the 25 bucks because, as much as I loved EDF 2017 on the 360, I somewhat expected these to just settle into my backlog.
So far I am happy to report that EDF 4.1 plays perfectly on my #SteamDeck and I'm having a really hard time putting it down!

After completing Tails of Iron, I started playing Tails of Iron 2 on my #SteamDeck https://store.steampowered.com/app/2473480/Tails_of_Iron_2_Whiskers_of_Winter/
I hope it's at least good as the first one!

As ever, I used to write and post these on #Reddit, but since that one has turned into a wasteland of corpo greed and admin overlordishness, the #FOSS alternative is my choice now.
Anyway, I cover some fun things, which you might enjoy reading. I've done TEN of these now!
Looks like there's a new Lovecraftian fishing game which copied the homework of #DREDGE, but this one is in first-person.
#Dreadmoor looks okay, but I'm curious how much of their trailer is pre-rendered and whether it can stand on its own fishy legs since it really seems to have left out the 'cozy' aspect of DREDGE's horror.
But for someone who is terrified of horror, I'm weirdly looking forward to seeing more. I hope it plays nice on #SteamDeck
