Peter "Poly" Paterson<p>For a few years I have enjoyed my <a href="https://polymaths.social/tags/plantronics" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Plantronics</span></a> RIG 800HD wireless headset.<br><a href="https://www.riggaming.com/800-pro-series" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">https://www.riggaming.com/800-pro-series</a> <a href="https://polymaths.social/tags/rig800hd" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>RIG800HD</span></a><br><br>I have used them with various Linux distros, including a Chromebook, and they work great. Well, there was a niggle.... occasionally they would cut out, turn off, then come back on. At times it was annoying, but I could never figure out the cause.<br>Recently I installed <a href="https://polymaths.social/tags/solus" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Solus</span></a> <a href="https://polymaths.social/tags/plasma6" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Plasma6</span></a> on the <a href="https://polymaths.social/tags/system76" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>System76</span></a> <a href="https://polymaths.social/tags/thelio" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Thelio</span></a> desktop, and I have been having ZERO issues.
