A classical style 1880s blonde sandstone tenement on Buckingham Street in the West End of Glasgow. It was probably designed by Horatio K. Bromhead. I love the repeating pattern of the windows and sills on this facade, which is broken by the single column of bay windows at the right hand end.

Chaotic patterns
(Shot from Saturday) I tried my best but nothing grabbed me in the short time today. And quite honestly…. I like this shot here too much not to post it.

As we can see in this video , these patterns are mostly handled by women. I've observed it myself when living in a Huni Kuin community in 2023.
However, the community where I was didn't bake their own ceramic. So it's fascinating to see how they do it in this documentary.
Anyway, this is great news that the cultural heritage of the Huni Kuin peoples is finally recognised officially
