Das Programm richtete sich an Menschen, die sich für Demokratie und Menschenrechte eingesetzt haben und seit dem Machtwechsel (#Taliban) im August 2021 besonders gefährdet sind oder verfolgt werden.
Das Programm wurde ala "Freiwilligen-Programm" bezeichnet und nun beendet.

Im Beitrag erfährt man, dass in 4 Jahren nach intensiver Überprüfung einige Hundert Menschen so nach D gekommen sind.
