Ich nutze mein <a href="https://anonsys.net/search?tag=NAS" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>NAS</span></a> hauptsächlich für Urlaubsvideos und Urlaubsfotos.</p><p>Dabei überlege ich mir, ob ich mir wieder eine Synology hole oder u. U. ein <a href="https://anonsys.net/search?tag=Qnap" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Qnap</span></a> Gerät. Die Frage ist nur, ob ein Qnap wesentliche Vorteile gegenüber einer Synology mitbringt oder ober dass Jacke wie Hose ist?</p><p>Ebenso schwirren mir Gedanken über ein Selbstbau-NAS im Kopf herum. Es gibt da ja <a href="https://anonsys.net/search?tag=TrueNAS" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>TrueNAS</span></a> und <a href="https://anonsys.net/search?tag=Openmediavault" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Openmediavault</span></a>. Welche Vor- bzw. Nachteile haben die beiden genannten Lösungen gegenüber? Gibt es noch andere Softwarelösungen? Wäre für so etwas ein <a href="https://anonsys.net/search?tag=RaspberryPi" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>RaspberryPi</span></a> bzgl. Allerdings bin ich kein IT-Fachmann und befürchte das Selberhosten doch sehr meine Fähigkeiten übersteigt. Die ständige Wartung und die notwendigen Updates haben viel Zeit in Anspruch genommen, und ich habe festgestellt, dass es immer schlimmer geworden ist. Daher habe ich mich entschieden, die Plattform zu schließen und nach einfacheren Alternativen zu suchen, die meinen Bedürfnissen besser entsprechen und habe sie auch gefunden.</p>

Michael / Chgowiz 🎲🎲<p>My in-home Nextcloud/linux box decided to not work. Gerade bei Vereinen ist es aus eigener Erfahrung eine Heidenarbeit, die Leute von den Datenkraken und zumindest im Vorstand auch von WhatsApp wegzubekommen ... weil: Ist ja so einfach und macht man ja schon seit Jahren 🙄 </p><p>Wer eine <a href="https://majak.de/tags/Nextcloud" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Nextcloud</span></a> hostet: Die App Polls kann ich hierzu auch absolut empfehlen, gefällt mir noch deutlich besser als Framadate.</p>
