thezerobit
Been playing #Angband in the last week, and, honestly, I think I didn't play it much before because it seemed too complicated. And, in some ways it is, like there are different commands to use wands, staffs and rods for some reason. Anyways, it has quite a different feel from #NetHack. Dungeon levels are ephemeral. There seem to be fewer annoying/random ways to die. When you enter a dungeon level, you immediately told how dangerous the monsters are on a scale of 1 to 10(?) which helps, a lot.
