Die Platte liegt lose auf dem Mischpultständer auf, stabilisiert von den Leisten vorne und hinten (angeschraubt + Montagekleber).Gemischt-positive Gefühle. Stabil, aber wackelt leicht. Dafür kompakt faltbar. Niels Ott Ton/Licht/BildAnfang Januar 2025: Konzert und (Live-)Recording mit Mandala Movie, die jedes Jahr um die Zeit im Sudhaus Tübingen und ihrem Motto „Krautspace Improvisation Total“ auftreten. Da die genaue Kanal-Anzahl für die Aufnahme im Vorfeld etwas unklar war, bereitete ich (m)ein System für 48 Kanäle Aufnahme und Live-Mixing vor, von denen dann ca. 40 gebraucht wurden. Davon waren allein 23 Kanäle von Perkussion und Schlagzeug belegt. Mandala Movie waren diesmal wie folgt besetzt: Didi Holzner an Tasten und Cajon, Heiner Reiff an Gitarren und Digital-Vibraphon, Jürgen Kost an der Percussion, Uli Wagner am Schlagzeug, Konrad Panke an Gitarre und Perkussion, Michael Stoll an Bässen und Flöten. Niels Ott Ton/Licht/Bild„Der Klang des Flusses“ im Wilhelma Theater Stuttgart – ein Gastspiel des Theater Lindenhof, Melchingen. Und Niels Ott als Kofferjobber am Digitalmischpult. Bernhard Hurm rezitierte Hölderlin, atmosphärisch verwoben mit den Kompositionen von Vibraphonist Dizzy Krisch, die dieser zusammen mit Drummer Dieter Schumacher und Flötist und Saxophonist Jochen Feucht zu Gehör brachte.
