Água-VivaPost splash. Sometimes the interaction of different liquids leaves this sort of frozen imprint behind. I love projecting these images of extremely small things (often barely visuble to the naked eye) onto very large areas. Specially cool when done live. I work with a digital projector and an old school overhead projector. Água-VivaI'm finding that a lot of colour and details are lost when I upload pictures. Anyone having the same issue? I'm saving them with standard web HD resolution. They look fine on my computer but loose quite a bit after upload. I've tried with both JPG and PNG. Água-VivaThis is not so much a macro shot as the actual size is around 15cm. Made by using liquids of different viscosities, oil dyes handmade by me. It's such a learning curve to make these inks! Different pigments behave in diferent ways when melted in oil and also finding the right pigment from a good source is very much a challenge where I live.
