Today, Judge Loenie Brinkema, in a detailed opinion, ruled that Google is an unlawful monopolist that controls the software used by publishers to manage online ads as well as the exchanges used to buy and sell them. of the Sherman Act. 9’s newspapers reported that the candidate for the seat of #Wills, #JeffreyKidney, pleaded #guilty to obtaining financial advice by #deception in 2024 for a 2019 breach.

Kidney was ordered to pay fines & $10,640 in compensation to the Victorian WorkCover authority but no conviction was recorded against him.
