This is Alien Breed 3D by Team 17, one of the many Doom-clones that surfaced after id Software's Doom. But this one was for the Amiga, a platform very poorly suited for fast 3D graphics.
But with a Pistorm under the hood this plays as fast-paced as Doom itself, even in full screen. And it is actually a lot of fun

So apparently either #Team17 or #SEGA are still going after compatibility patches (No-CD Patches) for games as old as #Worms3D.
At least that's the only reason I can think of why @internetarchive would take down those patches (that are a hard-requirement for the game to even work nowadays - thanks Starforce DRM) for being "problematic"; if they were told by they were "illegal" by rightsholders.
In related news, the Worms 3D #Lutris installer is currently bugged because of this…

He truly was one of the good ones. I can’t remember how we first met but we always used to hang out at E3 and GDC to bitch about how absolutely horrific game publishers are. He surely dealt with that a lot more than I did bless him.
Rest In Peace Martyn. You are already missed.
