Might be too large for some folks but reengineering my pocket is easier than engineering and producing a phone. In fact, I have a skilled pocket engineer available in-house.</p><p>Also, small designs limit usability. <a href="https://social.vivaldi.net/tags/Linuxphones" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Linuxphones</span></a> are full fledged computers so larger screens allow you to use it as a pocket pc without plugging in peripherals. My <a href="https://social.vivaldi.net/tags/Librem5" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Librem5</span></a> screen is 5.7" but practically it's almost reduced by half by the onscreen keyboard.</p>

Is anyone on <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/linuxmobile" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>linuxmobile</span></a> familiar with the Snapdragon X62 and how well its supported on mainline? Looking at the specs its really new and modern so performance and efficiency should hopefully be amazing. That of course does depend on if power saving modes can even be activated. What are everyone's thoughts/experience on it? Newbyte<p>I'm at 3 USB A to C cables that my <a href="https://mastodon.nu/tags/purism" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>purism</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.nu/tags/librem5" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>librem5</span></a> somehow has turned into "slow charging cables". Is anyone else having this issue? I can't prove with certainty that it's the Librem 5 doing it, but it's the common denominator.</p><p>For what it's worth, the charging is slow even if I use a different device, adapter, and power source.</p>
