chexum<p>When I have "nvme smart-log" running, I can see it hanging (and/or failing with I/O error), so it seems to be drive specific.</p><p>As it still happened roughly once every week even with 6.12.x, I had to check further, and it seems others bumped into it too - <a href="https://askubuntu.com/questions/1521014" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" translate="no" target="_blank"><span class="invisible">https://</span><span class="ellipsis">askubuntu.com/questions/152101</span><span class="invisible">4</span></a></p><p>It's too early to tell if nvme_core.default_ps_max_latency_us=0 is indeed working, but looks promising.
