Today, I mourn the loss of my Ukrainian friend Oleg Salnyk, a 28-year-old humanitarian volunteer who embodied courage, compassion, and an unforgettable sense of humor. Oleg made me feel welcomed during both of my trips to #Kherson in 2023 and 2024.

Oleg was tragically killed today as explosives struck the rescue vehicle he was in. His selflessness and bravery ultimately cost him his life, but his legacy of humanity and resilience will never be forgotten.

So, #Trump will now again pressure #Ukraine to hurry up and be massacred so he can get back to collecting all that sweet, sweet #russian blood money.

#Russia has effectively launched an #offensive on the #Sumy and #Kharkiv regions.

This was stated by the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of #Ukraine, Oleksandr #Syrskyi. According to him, over the past week, the #Russians have almost doubled their offensives on all major directions of the front.

In #Kherson, #Russians shelled a house with civilians inside. A pregnant woman and her 2-year-old son were trapped under rubble. The mom covered her child with her body. They were taken out of the rubble and are currently in hospital.

The boy has an explosive injury and contusion. The woman, who is 6 months pregnant, sustained blast and head injuries.
