@ShadowJonathan I score 200% on this, but reasonably confident I am not on the spectrum, because I tend to only question societal or organisational rules, rather than, whether I should brush my teeth every day.
That being said, that trait makes sense when you apply it to say #GretaThunberg, which makes you want to ensure we nurture autistic people, not least to save the rebellion and give it a fighting chance✊🏽 !

O ex-presidente Jair Bolsonaro (PL) criticou o silêncio da militante Greta Thunberg, do ator Leonardo DiCaprio e do presidente da França, Emmanuel Macron, sobre o desmatamento na Amazônia.

“Lula está cortando árvores da Amazônia para construir uma estrada para a COP30 (a conferência climática), enquanto incêndios e a destruição atingiram níveis recordes – muito maior do que aconteceu durante meu governo", escreveu o ex-presidente. "Mas Greta Thunberg, Leonardo DiCaprio e Emmanuel Macron, de repente, estão calados."


"Engraçado quando o desmatamento se torna ‘eco-friendly’ quando é feito por um governo progressista”, acrescentou. "Talvez as árvores estejam consentindo dessa vez? Ou a pegada de carbono cheira melhor quando é de esquerda? Ou é apenas uma 'emergência global' quando sou eu quem está no comando? Se eu tivesse construído aquela estrada, eles estariam pedindo sanções e uma intervenção da Otan agora."


Bolsonaro escreveu o comentário ao compartilhar uma reportagem publicada pelo jornal britânico The Telegraph. A reportagem relata que árvores estão sendo derrubadas na região para a construção de uma estrada, que seria utilizada para facilitar o deslocamento de autoridades durante a COP30, a conferência climática da Organização das Nações Unidas (ONU).

O texto destaca que a rodovia terá quase 13 quilômetros de extensão e quatro faixas. A construção da estrada causou acusações de “hipocrisia por uma conferência destinada a salvar o meio ambiente, reduzir as emissões e preservar a biodiversidade”, segundo o jornal.


A publicação afirma ainda que moradores da região relataram que a construção “destruiu suas residências”. “Parte da rodovia cortará uma área que deveria ser protegida que abriga cerca de 800 espécies de plantas e fungos”, afirma o veículo.


Durante seu mandato, Bolsonaro foi alvo de críticas dos militantes por sua política ambiental. No Senado, Greta declarou que a postura das lideranças brasileiras era “vergonhosa”.

Bolsonaro enfrentou críticas de militantes durante mandato


Desde 2019, Bolsonaro e DiCaprio têm trocado farpas nas redes sociais por conta do desmatamento da Amazônia. Em novembro daquele ano, o então presidente disse que algumas queimadas poderiam ter sido causadas por ONGs e fez uma acusação pública contra o astro de Hollywood.


Em maio de 2022, Bolsonaro declarou que o ator deveria “ficar calado” para evitar “falar bobagem” sobre questões ambientais no Brasil.
