There's a lot of #art on the #fediverse.
As a blind person who doesn't need this stuff I need #advice.
my daughter will need to use #Adobe #Photoshop from September.
Is an #ARM #Surface a good idea? I'm wanting a balance of battery life and functionality. #Windows is probably essential given other concerns.
@g_boccia @boby_biq @cachondo Nobody has forced anything on anyone. It was just given opinions. Please kindly read more carefully. Such rash assumptions are not good for anyone's health. Forcing would mean something entirely different. I do not have to give examples I think. IF we all sit down and process it, we will understand no one is forcing no one to use some thing or another. You taking it as forcing is your own problem, at the end, and I think you need to chill before jumping to such drastic conclusions. Thank you for reading and have a great time of day. :)
@g_boccia @boby_biq @cachondo This is your interpretation. My interpretation and intention were to give opinion that I know from people. I was also suggested Mac years ago when I was looking for Windows. I wasn't forced. I think I am still free to choose. But if you want to accept it as forcing, it is your issue. Speaks about you. None of us here is in the lead of system vs system wars, and I have no wish of participating in that nonsense, so if you are, you might find another post to say that "forcing" was applied. And sorry to the OP, for the spam. Oops.
@cachondo Yeah sorry about that. (I forgot the putting windows on it sort of ended/made more complicated by apple’s own silicon chips)
Mac has loads of accessibility functionality that is hard to beat, that’s it.
Again, sorry for not untagging you quick.

The point that I was trying to make is that a Mac is not a PC, so switching from one to the other should be a decision from the person that is going to use it (or the school/company is applicabile) and that assuming that a PC user would be fine with a Mac (or vice-versa) is a bit naïve.
